I read the book twice and on two occasions found myself comfortably curled up on a couch on a rainy Friday afternoon thoroughly engrossed, and fully entertained with glee and anticipation. Reading your book was like accessing a portal to the flight deck, without having to brace the traffic to the airport!

I wanted to let you know I thoroughly enjoyed reading your book and offer my congratulations to you sir Well done! I truly related to your sentiments and enjoyed the trip down memory lane and it was good to see your perspective of your time with BWIA and your aviation career otherwise. A life well spent!

There are many personal and family anecdotes, which gives a picture of his lively personality and sense of humour. To Be a Pilot reads very naturally, very much as if Agostini was telling the stories to you directly. The Oratorian
Ifinished your book last night. It was excellent and very informative. You've really had a varied and interesting life.
I love your book! It is a great read, and I would like to get additional
copies for our Turkish pilots.
This is a wonderful narrative that has brought back many memories for me and it seems like a terrific primer for my troops from Istanbul who are interested in some English reading about flying.
